Some months ago (I think) somebody asked on here for dream herbs, and I gave a copy of my list with every herb affecting dreams that I had collected.
I kinda lost my file in a system crash. If somebody saved the list I would be super grateful because it´d be a bother to do the research all over again.

Haven't seen it OP

But IME many many herbs that work on nervous system influence the dreams quite significantly in moderate to high doses, so your research is endless.

Ginko Biloba
Blue lotus
Horny goat weed
Many many hallucinogens...

Did you have those in your list?

Yeah but I mean, traditionally used for dreams.
The ones I had put down don´t really have an affect while awake but taken before sleep highly ups the recall / intensity etc. Things like Silene Capensis etc, think I had about 10+ of them.
Also lol oh man, I thought you were joking about horny goat weed even existing. What a name.

Honestly blue lotus is probably all you need.

Actually have a herbal tea with valerian in it, haven't noticed anything (I usually don't dream like, at all). Just gets me a weird kind of relaxed.

Calea is bitter as fuck and did nothing for me that I could speak of. Fasting and fruits is much more powerful for dreams IME.

never tried smoking, just extract and tea orally. So you just smoke it when you feel sleepy and go to bed?

i dont really advise smoking anything, really. there is no reason that the tea doesn't work except user error in its concoction

what does iodine do?

Also when you say blue lilly, what plant do you actually mean in latin?

What did wormwood do? what did mugwort do? Which ones of your list had the most interesting effects for you?

b12 has no affect on anything unless you're deficient in it, otherwise your body just gets rid of excess
