Is anyone like this? Suggestions for dream suppression? I absolutely hate entering REM / dreamland. It is stressful, imaginary, inconclusive, and most of the time I wake up more exhausted than rested. My brain is used to mmj to help suppress this mind state. I've taken a T-break from mmj since the covid outbreak and REM is re-emerging. My resting period is 8pm to 4:30am... ..and i get it, it is my brain trying to get through traumatic events and deal with radical situations. I do not think its fair for my subconscious to leave my waking mind with unresolved disturbing situations that end up triggering me irl.
