I have elite scavenging skills, so no need for bottled water or guns.

honestly with where i am at and assuming the weather doesnt change drastically id be pretty ok with not carrying water. with in two miles i can think of 6-8 ponds and 4 miles or so away is lake ontario, one of the largest bodies of fresh water. if i walk idk 10 miles west i come across one of he larger rivers in the US. south 10 miles is the erie canal which runs something like 200 miles east to the hudson. this isnt even including all the creeks we have criss crossing the town.

its honestly to cold up here in the winter to try and stay so id be going some where as quickly as possible. havving lakes and rivers helps.

All you really need to do to prepare for the Apocalypse is read the Bible and understand its message.
