So /his/tory I'm in a bit of a bad position here. I love history and I always was among the top of my classes, however I do not know historical dates at all. I can tell you about the cold war but can't say the year vietnam started and ended - same with Korea. I can tell you that WW2 ended in May of 1945 but only because I can "reconstruct" the date based on my knowledge like: > WW2 ended in 1945 > WW2 ended with the Soviets taking Berlin > the Soviets took Berlin in May because they wanted it in time for May-Day So how do I tackle that issue? Is there a list of dates worth learning raging from Ancient to modern times (can be Euro-centric af I don't mind)?
