So I had a drunk thought just now. I only feel like improving myself when I'm drunk, so being drunk and exercising (specifically lifting weights) should also improve heart health, since it's harder on your heart and your blood is thinner, right? Ignore picture, just the first google result.

Anecdotally, the only time i went to the gym drunk i felt much weaker than normal. It also lowers testosterone levels and shit. Also im pretty sure that would be bad for your heart. Not to mention the decreased coordination that could lead to you injuring yourself.

Exercise first, then get drunk. Makes it better

I don't know about ur stupid ass theory, but I know that ain't how the heart works. Do anything strenuous before getting inebriated.
