I don't necessarily mind being an alcoholic, thought the rebound anxiety after a few days of binging gets to me. Other than that, the spent money is pretty negligible. I eat well, have a good relationship with my family and significant other, and I'm happy with my line of work. That leads me to wonder why I was lead to this life of alcoholism. Was it my upbringing? Genetics? Or am I dealing with something deep down.

I know I've always had anxiety. A deep, gnawing uneasiness about living and a constant concern for my physical health. Like I'm about to die any second. I do have a constant fixation on my heart that drives me mad. I'm pretty sure I explained the problem right here in this thread. If you have any thoughts, please feel free to express them. You are welcomed in open arms.

Have a beautiful day, my friends.

wut

I know there's more expensive habits out there, but you're still talking about THOUSANDS of dollars every year. For a while, I was spending more on booze than rent.

That's why you gotta make your own booze. I spend probably $100/month on ingredients and produce about 10 gallons of beer. Being a drunken wastrel has never been cheaper

I've made hundreds of gallons of all types of booze. It gets old, and it gets hard to make when you're either working or drunk off your ass. it's just easier to buy it at a point.

I mostly swich between making it and buying it. I know for sure it isnt a sustainable habit by any means, but I at least know what road I'm going down. I'm 24 years old though. This is absolutely not normal, right?

I really wanna kill myself though, but i don't have the balls to do it. Maybe suicidal thoughts are my biggest problem. I'll try to figure it out.

Anywho, back to drinking! Hopefully i don't wake up♡
