The amount of thujone in commercially produced absinthe is negligible, so if you're looking for the effects of wormwood you're better off looking for an extract of that instead >> Sidney Diblinghodge - Wed, 12 May 2021 13:20:41 EST Tyrg8+zt No.286298 Reply 1620840041412.jpg -(68638B / 67.03KB, 774x960) Thumbnail displayed, click image for full size. As someone who generally prefers drugs>alcohol (i know i know booze is a drug to but you know what i mean) is a real, good quality bottle of Absinthe really a different experience then just drinking whiskey or vodka over the course of a night? But I dont even know why, ive had other wormwood based spirits but nothing is ever reported from them. Yet doing Kubler (EU version) I got some light psychedelic experience, and I expected nothing, it wasnt even at the top of my mind, yet there it was. Also the brand Pere Kermann feels different than just alc. But with commersial shit its like a lottery, even with EU absinth, most of the time it wont be there. Like i said i cant explain it. It should be there in other wormwood shit like the swedish Bäska Droppar and such, yet it isnt. I dont understand it but I know what i felt and been chasing that experience again. >> Ernest Brummlebit - Mon, 07 Jun 2021 15:24:16 EST 3ic1qokL No.286420 Reply 1623093856346.jpg -(67336B / 65.76KB, 640x480) Thumbnail displayed, click image for full size. >>286407I do wonder what some of the EU absinthe that you described that did produce the effects would be like combined with an actual psychedelic, hard to say. Maybe someday if i ever have the time/money/resources to try it ill see what happens!
