I think well made mojitos are underrated, imo—lots of fresh lime juice and crushed mint makes a delicious and refreshing cocktail that goes down easy. GnTs are my summer standby, made even better with fresh limes. Tom Collins are similarly easy and refreshing. Should give Pimm's another shot. Some of the tropical cocktails (e.g., blue Hawaiian, sex on the beach, piña colada, etc.) are nice occasionally. Never really got into margs—I'd rather shoot tequila or sip it
