You'll have a lot of competition online. Depending on where you are, it may be easier to find someone via an art show. Somewhere where if they want it *now* they can impulse buy and feel good about supporting a local artist.

And it doesn't have to be a set gallery. In fact, for your subject material you'd have better luck via somewhere else. Talk to coffee shops, bars and maybe a diner. Preferably close to a college where people who are closer to your target age demographic would be, goes. Hell, maybe even a head shop if you can talk the owner into hanging up trendy art to compliment the glass.

You'd be better off with a "show" too. Where you can put your piece around others that are similar. Either make more to go with it, (Easy if this is a hobby and not actually *to* make money) or find somewhere that already has that style of stuff.

Also, don't expect a huge chunk of change. Depending on the size of that piece (I'm guessing less than 12"x12"?) I'd say $60 or less and you might be able to sell it depending on where you are able to put it up.

Anyhow, good luck.

HOW-TO, NOT HOW-GIMME-DATS

No. Use:
http://gen.lib.rus.ec/
Fewer items, but the best in the world in terms of overall catalog. It has a kinship with library.nu, but the connection is unclear.

The best method to get a book for free, btw, is to check it out using the inter-library loan system. It's free (you get your library card for free at your local library - in some cases you can get a free card if you are not in the county, but only in certain counties). Some books are not available this way, and must be found at physical libraries. In this case, what some people do is steal these books then return them manually to their rightful place. You must be careful, as many libraries have tagged books, and use an alarm system like stores do, however these are ancient systems, generally, and you can get around it by just googling how to handle the particular system. NOTE: You should write down the exact books the one you are taking goes between. Reference works have a certain "look" to them, and if reshelved wrong someone will notice. Additionally, while the book is out getting loved you the book thief-lover should compact the items on that shelf, so that there is no blank space.

And the best method to digitize the book is to rig up a home-made book scanner. Many versions exist, but the simplest version is:
http://www.instructables.com/id/Bargain-Price-Book-Scanner-From-A-Cardboard-Box/
You can use your cellphone if it has has best-in-class imagery. You will need a tripod nonetheless - and a cellphone tripod mount in this case. Cameras without exception produce better images with more light, up to a point. You want to have enough light that it is automatically selecting iso 100 (various apps will let you view the EXIF data on your images to check to see how they were shot).

And that brings us to the matter of obfuscating the images. You should not perform OCR. This makes the task of identifying the book much easier for the nasties.

Easy mode:
Use an exif remover
http://www.rlvision.com/exif/about.asp
works fine without paying.
(note that manufacturers COULD hide some kind of watermarking in every photograph, indicating which model/batch or even model serial number was used - hot/dead pixels (or sensor dust) could also be used to fingerprint the camera)

Use a renamer
https://www.sherrodcomputers.com/products_filerenamer.cfm
This works fine without paying too. Basic version works a champ.

I'm really stupid and I just cannot kill myself. I go un-concious after like 10 seconds or so. But I always wake up??

What I'm doing is getting a t-shirt made out of cotton. I put it around my neck and tie it to a stick then I pull the stick outwards and it's uncomfortable but it seems to work. But when I go unconscious it the t-shirt goes loose again and I don't die. Please help.

You dont find it, you have to decide it. Neoliberalism has a good part: you can be anything you choose and make profit out of it.

The cons? Life is finite and deisitions have repercutions. Thats the game of life.

I'm looking for a method of secretly video recording on the go - i.e. during walking adventures abroad so i'm not 'that guy' holding a fancy camera/phone device and pointing it around like a trashy tourist..

A not too shabby resolution & enough battery life and storage for using on/off throughout the day, with minimal faffing around (on/off button) would be ideal.
Products exist for this purpose and I'll list several below but I'm interested in YOUR thoughts on the matter.

Welcoming suggestions and potetial problems. Such as how to conceal device under casual clothes and use it without anyone noticing.

Alreet. I'm not a bona fide suit wearer so i'm not sure about how well a button style camera would conceal in the button hole of a casual shirt - upper pocket of or back pack/sholder strap pocket.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mini-DV-Spy-Button-Camera-Hidden-DVR-Camcorder-Detect-CAM-8GB-Video-Sound-Record/291509813707

Another similar model here: http://www.dictaphones.co.uk/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=SPEMIN4GB

As you can see, lens looks kinda like an actual button. Where does the rest of the unit sit? Gotta be inconspicuous as possible. Especially travelling in an unsafe urban area where you want to keep your wits about ye.
inb4 someone suggests HD video recording glasses - can't be sacked with that.

a teeny video recording camera module *Wired* to an android phone, microcomputer or battery+storage drive or something.. was kinda what I had imagined. (Discreet!)

I was wondering if you guys had any good sources on custom grow setups?

Led's preferably, pictured is mine.

It's a 400w fixture.

A 36v 12a power supply for cctv systems.
wired in parallel to 2x 250w and 1x 150w buck converters, for constant current.
The converters are wired in parallel to 3 per 250 and 2 to the 150.
50w cob chips of course, working at 35v 1500ma each.

Parts hit about $250 if you include some of the tools I had to buy. (but should have had in the first place.

Pulls 470w from the wall, I'll be testing it's ability to grow in a 4x8 area next to its brother when it's finished.

Here's a helpful link to some led stuff.

Is this even a real heatsink with cooling fins or just some aluminum plate?
You are aware that LEDs even work when they are overheating, but their lifespan is drastically reduced. They also have abysmal performance when they get hot. Your 50000 Lumen might turn out to be 30000 for a few weeks.

They are mounted to CPU heat sinks mounted to 3"x8" ducting. 2x 120mm fans pull air from the running CPU fans through the fins. all powered by one 12v 2a power supply.

Heats not a problem, I could hold my fingers against the heat sinks after a 12 hour fire test. its average time on is 16 hrs a day so far, and nothing has started failing yet.

Flat aluminum would never have the heat dissipation to even run one 50w cob.

Break your resume into these parts and focus on your accomplishments;

>Work Experience
>Volunteer Experience
>Education
>Misc skills and certs

For each one of the first three, list basic information, your duties and your accomplishments.

Ex;

PetSmart: 2006-2010; Pet Products Lead.
-Trained Associates, ran WISE activity, ect.
-Created new system for organizing and working treat racks.

The misc. certs section does not need elaboration as it is essentially an education section.

Whoops yeah, I confused the terms margin with leverage. This is totally leverage, however I'm not using any borrowed funds, simply paying an upfront cost that could either expire worthless or appreciate significantly.

Honestly though, you're really unpleasant to talk with, and I'm not really interested in arguing over who's opinion is better, you can say anything you want but until you post your performance it's not really possible to take you seriously, especially with the bitter attitude you're giving me. Being emotional about trading is going to fuck you over. If you can't handle being contested by irrational idiots such as myself you really have no business in the markets because that's what markets are (these days, anyway..)

To make a final point about options, they really aren't that hard to understand. If a stock is $110 and you buy a $1 put at a $110 strike, all you need is for the price to fall past $109 and time decay becomes irrelevant since the put has a value of at least $1 (you broke even); if it falls further you exponentially increase your returns (leverage) since you can exercise the option and then dump the stock and pocket the difference (or rather, sell the option to someone who needs it). What I like about options is that even if the price goes against your trade, you still have until expiration for it to return and fall back into profit. On several occasions I watched my position fall %50, only to return and move into profit because I had a plan and stuck to it. Chasing trends AFTER they materialize is how most people get caught buying the peak and selling the bottom. Plan the trade, trade the plan.

You can reply but I'm really not interested in continuing this. Pic related is my performance, had to shrink it to fit inside the screencap. Did some more trading and managed to recoup my losses and be in profit by about $90, if I hadn't gone full retard on PNRA initially I'd be sitting on some very nice gains. I'm literally just playing price action, if I think it's overextended I short, overcomplicating it really doesn't help. Trying to frontrun news and claim you know a market better than it knows itself is ridiculous. A majority of stocks are bullshit pump 'n dumps anyway.

Anyway, I'm done here. The readers of this thread can reach their own conclusions, as they should.

Also anyone looking at trying this I couldn't recommend optionsxpress, their commissions are awful.
