25 years old
and already have a weak bladder.
At least thats what I think.

Can't hold it on my way to wark and back
and leaving the bus multiple times to relieve myself.

Already had an accident
and thinking now about buying one of these absorbent granny-pants somewhere.

Doc couldn't find anything, just told me to eat some pumplin-pills,
but that didn't help in any way.

What would be the best way to cope with my problem?

Anyone else having this?

Go to the gym and strengthen the muscles that hold your piss in.

Kegels;
Take a pee. Stop peeing mid-stream.

That's your kegel muscle.

Learn how to flex it. Then do so, any time you think about your problem for as long as you can.

Problem should solve itself as you gain more muscular control.

If this doesn't solve it then I don't know.

May be a longshot but maybe try benzodiazapines for a short while? Could be something anxiety realaed all-in-all. I would suggest real pomegranate
juice, I think dragpnfruit does well. Make sure to have a multivitamin in the morning, and have a B-12 complex vitamins 2 or 3 times a day.

I think the B-12 would help. My past anxiety had me wanting to go to the restroom a lot. Stopping by the side of the road. At least my associate understood. Benzos stopped this almost completely.

I had this problem bad about 13 years ago. Every hour or so had to pee, up 10 times a night and just peed a tiny bit thus frustrating as hell. Happened to see a BBC article about chillies and Prostate cancer (still searchable through BBC) stating that eating birdseye chillies 7 per day destroys prostate cancer cells. Well I hadn't been diagnosed with prostate cancer but as frequent pissing is a symptom I decided to do the 7 a day. Fucking hot! I juice them daily with half a red grapefruit and some cherry juice and drink it following up with a few spoonfuls of yogurt. # months later I could go all day without a piss and may go at night maybe not, but not ALL THE TIME which was driving me nuts. Still not tested for prostate cancer though, don't think I need too.

My dad started with prostate cancer, tough bird. expanded to the bones and all.
A prostate test is simply a blood test. Looking for certain unique flags, no probing or what movies may portray. Over 42 years old, may be a good time to get a test yearly. Well especially if cancers runs in your families.

Well like this. Extreme anxiety made it so leaving the house, the moment I had to do a job I immediately had to go to the bathroom. Barely peed. Over and over.
Leaving the house. Could be an anxiety issue, that isn't really noticable, except for thinking you may have to encounter people in public restrooms. I can say I
don't feel like I have to go except when I have to, usually. Clonazepam is long acting. May feel a bit as some call it benzed. You can function on it. If wanted to try, do not use xanax/alazorpam. Use clonazepam or aitavan. On it's own clonazepam treats resteless leg syndrome, and other off label uses.
Best I can say, Have been using ti for a long time. Clonazepam is pretty tame in my opinion. If one doen't abuse these.
