If I want to print a poster at a copy-shop,
what resolution would be best?

For a Poster of the size you'll get sometimes at the cinema or dvd-rantal-service
(I have no Idea what exact size they have)

You must read the answer to understand it.

  1. Ask what the highest dpi they can print on paper
  2. They tell you
  3. You use that for your image, and put it on your sub flashdriver
  4. You did your best.
