So, I want to make sure that, if certain assholes kill me, that people know why. However, for various reasons, I can't just go to the police and tell them. Is there any way I can put the evidence in a safe deposit box and then have it open and publicized if I am killed?

How can I make sure that it is executed if this happens?

Wow. Is that a can't just or just can't for whatever reasons. < not a question. Can you get some
restring order against them. A temporary one is granted by default for a limited amount of time unless it is compelling to become extended.

Maybe seek media first? Not being insensitive but if media would be interested news sells as it were, but maybe trusted media or other would be a trusted way to this. I do know media you can make sensible agreements. There is guaranteed freedom of the press. Seek the higher ups,
like find the executive producer. Other than that, somebody you trust.

Sounds maybe like they, who you speak of are the problem. Not you.

I can't even describe in detail here without serious risk. Gang violence is serious business.

There are some services that do exactly this, but I don't know if you can trust them either to do it or keep your information private. You can also give one person an encrypted message and another person the key to read it so you eliminate third parties and it takes two people to violate your trust.

Ever think people can get caught in other peoples activities without any desire
to do so. Lest it may happen to basically anybody.

Yes you get a lawyer and write and will. That's like a will is for. The hard part is affording a lawyer you can trust.
