hey, when we were homeless and trying to make a start up, my friend registered the buisness as a LLC in california ((where we were at the time)) and forgot to disolve it before this fiscal year If he hasn't done anything with it this year, can he simply disolve it and reincorperate in a state without insane fucking laws? The state is saying he owes 800 usd and that's a lot for us, even though we're not homeless anymore. ((he isn't, i am)) plz help with this, that 800 is a month of rent for him
