What's a good collection of ways to learn music theory that aren't ebooks?

Adam Neely, Michael New, and 8-bit Music Theory are all good youtube channels for learning chunks of theory. There are many more but those are the ones I occasionally hit up.

That bald guy who knows Adam Neely is pretty good, too. Can't remember his name rn.

Yeah I just looked at his channel and there's pretty much nothing there for what OP's asking.

Seconding Adam Neely and 8-Bit Music Theory.
Also check out The Mangold Project, I recommend this over the other two in fact, because the goal is teaching actual music theory concepts.
Likewise, Signals Music Studio talks about music theory with the direct goal of instruction, and I find I learn a lot more from these two channels, by also pausing and playing around with the concepts, than I do from Adam Neely or 8-bit Music Theory, who are great, but more an "interesting watch" than what I'd say is quality instruction.

8-Bit Music Theory videos are usually about some oddity or obscurity of theory and I'll often throw one of those vids on when I'm totally dry on ideas and try to base a track around whatever weird shit that dude was on at the time. It usually works out pretty well!
