The Dutch Trimbos Institute (basically a semi-independent organ that advices the Dutch government on mental healthcare issues, drugs and addiction) just launched an app that basically showcases all dangerous pills going around.

http://nos.nl/op3/artikel/2134831-met-deze-app-check-je-hoe-gevaarlijk-je-pilletje-is.html

Article is in Dutch, but it's still interesting.

Of course, you can always go on pillreports, but it's possible that a scummy dealer will try to make his pills look better than they really are. This app is a closed system, run by the Trimbos Institute, so if they say a pill is shit, it's shit for sure. I guess this means it will automatically improve websites like pillreports, at least for people in West-Europe, since I'm sure those people will happily take over the apps data.
