I have never tried MDMA or MDA and would like to for real how bad a typical comedown is and what could one could do to make it easier like i hear jacking off smoking weed is recommended but surely there are more effctive ways

I'd say something like a hangover really. I feel energy-drained, unmotivated and might have a headache.
Never heard any tricks as it's really not that bad in average doses.

Benzos, pregabalin or gabapentin helps with the comedown. Alcohol also helps, but I don't recommend it, becouse hangover+mdma comedown feels fuckin horrible. Some people use weed for comedowns, but for me it makes things just worse.

Unless you use too often, or drop something stupid like more than 0.2-0.3 and you add too many other drugs to the mix (speed, booze), you won't feel that shitty.
I mean, you'll feel tired from having danced all night long, not sleeping, AND a minor comedown from the xtc. When you drop stuff like that, you're borrowing energy from the next day, so it's normal you'll feel a bit down.
There aren't really ways to make it go away, you just go through it sleeping and not doing much, maybe eat some fruit in the morning (and/or take some vitamins), and drink lots of water both during the high and after it's over. If you feel like it smoke some weed or have some beers.

Just one thing: don't do more stims the next day or the comedown will continue to build up.

The comedown isn't as bad as I was expecting when I first took MDMA. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Hangovers from alcohal are 10x worse imo.

Took long enough for someone to mention 5htp. Only take 5htp AFTER you come down and the following few days if you want. DO NOT TAKE 5HTP before or during the roll because it can cause serotonin syndrome(BAD) ONLY AFTER

Also cannabinoids help protect your brain as well as alpha lipolic acid which you can take while rolling. Magnesium helps with your jaw clenching

5htp is the most key, though.
