Anyone have any idea what might be causing this rash on my daughters eyelids? It's red and swollen and the crease in the skin bleeds every time she blinks.

What medicine should I use on this?

maybe dermatitis? I've had dermatitis before and it was a lot like that, except I had it on my testicles. hydrocortisone cream helped me, but eventually I need to get a prescription steroid cream for it to go away.

Her skin is dry af mane. Make sure she drinks plenty of water. Consider purchasing a humidifier (especially if you heat with wood). Apply a little shea butter super gently to her eyes and that will help with moisture retention (which will reduce cracking and bleeding).

It looks akin to a fungal infection or an autoimmune illness like eczema.

Most likely fungal. All the skin on her face is pissed off, tender, and flaking. There is a scab down by her mouth. If this isn't trollbait take her see a fucking doctor before she goes blind, jackass.

An infection on the face can travel to the eyes, making a person blind.
The would travel to the brain eventually causing death.

I was on a drinking spree I guess, and cat scratched my face. My cheek started
to get bigger and bigger, like a chipmunk. Not real bad looking but swollen looking to notice. Went to the er and they pumped me wit a lot of antibiotics.
A lot. Dr. explained that even a minor insect bite or slight infection gan go bad really quick to cause blindness which was where this was basically headed there. ER ASAP. Another cat scratch went to an urgent care clinic, Dr was kinda fruity but said the same thing, even though it was just starting to get infected.
So it is known. My first did start moving to the other side of my fave in as many mere hours, so,,

Semen actually has antiseptic properties, I'm a trained doctor so you can trust me on that. I don't usually do home visits but I'm prepared to make an exception in this case, given the severity of the symptoms, and administer the medicine personally. Reply back with your email address so we can arrange this.

Blepharitis has a number of different causes and presentations, but wikipedia has simple suggestions for home management here:

>>54672 It looks like she's got whatever it is all over her face. Home remedies a week after it's gotten this bad don't really seem pertinent to me, vekh.

Usually if someone is posting on a drug imageboard about a medical problem instead of going to a doctor it's because they can't or won't go to a doctor.

My thoughts, people bring their kids to the doctor for less. Are you people out of touch? Something is very very wrong here. Opinion, if neglect was posed by anybody, this would likely result in at least a neglect charge. If not daughter taken away if this has lasted over a week, even a few days if her eyes bleed.

Something is definitely wrong. If there is an infection, obviously there is. A person, child adult can become blind if an infection is near or moving towards the eyes. Any doctor would say this. Next infection that travel like this go to the brain and death is a possible and likely outcome. I had a simple cat scratch on my face and let it be for a while and my cheek swelled like a chipmunk, and started making its way just to my eyes. the ER doctors explained that infections that gain to the eyes are beyond serious. They pumped me with masses of antibiotics and a script, not basic penicillin either. Anyway was told 2 days more could have been the end of my sight. Maybe 3 at best. If I had this I would go to the er myself without any hesitation, why not a child? Not over reacting, but,

I may be overreacting but,, allergies maybe, but just something I would seek a heal-care provider for.
