I fell asleep and woke up with this small dry patch on my cheek, it's reddish and doesnt hurt, its not itchy or anything its just this weird feeling dry patch. How do I make it go away?

You can get cortozone cream over the counter if this persists. Epsom salts can work wonders for red skin things, yet can dry out sking, not sure it it wwould work for this, but lotion, and or cortozone cream should fix it.

It's like some crazy person shouting "EAT ASPIRIN! Eat it! It is good for you!" and when you ask why, tey say "IT MEDICINE!" and you say "Will it help my explosive diarrhea?" and they respond "IT MEDICINE!"....
