I've had this for a few months now and I think it's getting worse It's nothing major but before whenever I would curl a moderate weight (20lbs) I would feel pain in my elbow but after the second curl the pain would go away. Now it seems that whenever I make a fist and do a curl motion with or without weight (hammer curl) I feel a little something in my elbow Is this tendonitis? What can I do to remedy this??
