My resting heart rate was 51bpm earlier today when I measured it. In the evening.

I had some issues a week ago where propranolol made me have a really low resting heart rate, like, 42bpm. Also a lot of low blood pressure problems.

I quit taking it though, talked with my psych. Now I just don't even want to touch it even though it helped me so much in regards to handling panic, shaking less, stuff like that.

I don't have any bad low blood pressure symptoms. Should I be concerned about the low resting heart rate?

It's concerning in that my heart rate is way lower than what my stress/panic level makes me think it should be.

Damn, I'm literally in the same boat you. Just started taking pronal for physical anxiety symptoms (which then helps mental anxiety knowing that's under control) but my heart rate fluctuates around 50-60 on them and 80-90 without.

I doubt you'll see this reply but if so what dose did you take?
