so, i jumped from a car when i was a teenager and fucked up my shoulder on one side, lucky to be alive i also broke my left leg a few times, it's super fucked up and tilted out about 30 degrees to the left Some serious injuries to face and head, too, but I think they're mostly cosmetic I had numerous untreated fractures in my ribs and a basically infinite number of scrapes and bruises accumulated over a tough period of my life, and then on top of that, extreme weight loss and gain The lower part of my back is fucked up, too, there could be many reasons, car accidents, falls, etc. It's something about the flexibility of the lombard. When I do a deep squat, I have to round at the very bottom to avoid a sharp pain. My body is super fucked up. I have a home gym now and work out there and cardio outside. So, I wanted to check with /med/ about my recovery plan.. I soak with epsom salts for various random pains and sores, and receive massages sometimes. My skin hurts basically all the time on some affected regions and it's not really clear to me why but I think it is the recent weight loss. so, i jumped from a car when i was a teenager and fucked up my shoulder on one side, lucky to be alive i also broke my left leg a few times, it's super fucked up and tilted out about 30 degrees to the left I had numerous untreated fractures in my ribs and a basically infinite number of scrapes and bruises accumulated over a tough period of my life, and then on top of that, extreme weight loss and gain The lower part of my back is fucked up, too, there could be many reasons, car accidents, falls, etc. It's something about the flexibility of the lombard. I'm worried I have serious strength imbalances and other things that impair performance and free movement, but not sure how to check them out. My PCP basically can only see me for half an hour every six months. I've considered going to a specialist but I'm not really sure where to start. When I am done getting myself in shape again, I expect my body to be riddled with scars in various places, but I want it to look basically like a thin, cut muscular man. I've asked on /fit/ for various things so this is just the medical side of it.
