There this guy i saw on youtube called Paul Alexander (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gplA6pq9cOs&t=2s) and he claims to be the last surviving person living in an iron lung.
He must be in his sixties and has apparently written a memoir and became a lawyer but I'm not quite convinced he has polio and has been faking it the whole time. Is it easy to fake being crippled from the neck down for money or to avoid work?

This was from at least a decade ago. The name of the machine is different.
