Mirtazapine is a pretty friendly drug. i can go off odf it and not feel like I need it when things are well. I got it originally for sleep, but found other positive effects, like going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. Like go to bed at 10:30 PM and wake up at 6:30 or so every morning, go for a walk. Start the day. with a decent mostly energetic outlook.

Simple, OP. There are three conditions that I strive for, along with drug use. They are, 1) time in nature, 2) time with friends, 3) physical exercise for opi endorphins. The drugs I like are weed and hooch, although everything is good on occasion.
