So straight to the point:
Just this week I've been waking up in the night all sweaty for no discernable reason, same covers I've been using all summer and it's getting colder now. Not running a fever, not freezing (only a bit cold cause of being so wet), not feeling any hot. Just keep waking up with my torso region and hair all sweaty (not at all below my waist) and the sheets soaked.
Been like 3-4 nights in a row now. Never happened before, only woken up sweaty when actually running a fever or something.

Am I fucked? I'm not even 30 yet

Not been doing anything at all last few weeks/months, not even booze / tobacco.
Never got too into anything, drink rarely on the usual habit (3 beers like once every other week, heavier sessions with friends just a couple of times a year), smoke weed even more rarely cause of lack of connects.

idk what to tell ya then. keep your feet uncovered at night, maybe leave the window open? if you really feel it's a health issue see a doc

You know, I have experienced being hot and sweating because of that before. This wasn't it.
It kinda stopped though, have had a handful of nights without it happening. Keeping fingers crossed it doesn't reoccur.
