I am 5'9 and 3/4 almost 5'10 and weight 124-125 lbs when I cut weight from 135. I walk around at 132-137. I do alot of upper body workouts burpes, I can do 500 push ups in a row. I do 100 miles on the layback bike some days while doing curls of 55-60 reps switching arms the whole time. I have a nasty leg kick good top gulitine. my strengh is my striking tho can switch stances easy and strike good from both south paw and reg. I am a righty tho. What sport should I choose and what weight class. I am 34 years old and am noticing Im getting slightly slower then when i was 32-33. Should I just say fuck it and just train for fun?

Train for fun. Youre too old to make a living out of this. Best case, if youre really fucking exceptional and put all of your effort into it, you can get one or two decently paid fights before you have to retire with considerable damage to your body and brain. Put that effort into literally any other profession and youre set for the rest of your life.

Gratz on hard work, Anon! But seriously man at 34 the sport will fuck you up beyond repair, don't punish yourself. If it's your dream then go for it and don't look back, but if it's just a hobby and you enjoy training then just keep training.

No reason why you can't, just adjust your diet and training for longevity. Use an antiinflammatory diet, more greens and oily fish, and incorporate some yoga.

Ignore these manlets, train BJJ super hard. Get in a van and go 18 hours a day training outside your appropriate gym and wing it. When you hit 37 and are out of your prime just do TRT and go to a promotion that doesn't discourage it

be a FIGHTER man!
