Pretty much just that and the fact that it's ''safe'' comedy that's easy to translate internationally, which it did as it came out at the perfect era vis a vis technology and globalisation.

Seinfeld for example, is distinctly american and didn't break out outside north america the same way friends did

You'll be shocked to know that Seinfeld has been aired in my country for a little over a decade. Obviously in Spanish subtitles, and I've meet some people who loved it. Again, I've also met some that dont get it or just dont find it funny, but like I said before. It's a type of quirk or a distinct type of comedy you need to get. And I know its universal and depends what's your comedic style.

Tarantino always bitches about how he left the question open-ended on purpose, and how he gets a million people asking him what's in the case but only a couple have actually suggested to him what they thought it could be so what is it?
My guess is Mia Wallace's soul. Marcellus was retrieving it for her, taking it back from the producer who took it from her when she was young and stupid and trying to make it as an actress.

I’m glad Lil Dicky is finally getting his own TV show. I remember he had said in an interview how he was basically using his rap career to eventually get his own TV show so I guess that it worked out - https://youtu.be/Qhak9a68IzM

Also I think Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens has potential to be Comedy Central’s next big show now that Broad City and Workaholics both ended their long runs and considering how good Awkwafina was in Crazy Rich Asians (definitely one of the best parts of the film) and The Farewell, which people been sleeping on. not campy and fun like Dagon, not that and interesting like In the Mouth of Madness, just some generic uninspired attempt to do Annihilation with all the stuff that made it fresh taken out.

I hear it's supposed to set up a new Lovecraftian movie universe but it did a shit job of that too.

With so many streaming services nowadays it makes me wonder how come there aren't any services where you pay one monthly bill that covers all of the services that you choose to pay for. Kind of like an old cable subscription except for media streaming since you'll likely end up paying the same price you would normally for cable after trying to get every single streaming service on the internet. How come this isn't a thing yet?

  2. Cheers
  3. Frasier
  4. Danger Mouse
  5. Trailer Park Boys
  6. Mr. D
  7. Monty Python Flying Circus (this one should be higher on the list)

Can't really think of more. I'm not a big TV/movie watcher but these are some of my favorites. I'm not a fan generally of serious TV it's all a joke to me. If I'm going to sit infront of a box watching recordings of people trying to fool me I'd at least like to laugh.

Completely agree, my general order is:

Christmas Special
Original trilogy
Ewok movies
Rebels + clone wars
Star Wars: DROIDS!
Kotor 1+2
Prequel trilogy
Auralnauts trilogies (look it up on YouTube)
Other YouTube crap
Disney trilogy

Some of the bad stuff up there is half joking, but I really enjoyed everything sincerely more than the Disney movies. Except maybe Solo, it wasn't that great though just better than the new trilogy which sucked

the Auralnauts Star Wars dubs are so good. I strongly recommend everyone watch them. They turn the Jedi into homeless drug addicts hated by all, and the Empire into a simple corporate business entity just trying to establish a new entertainment attraction and it works seemlessly
