Well Brooklyn Nine-Nine is the most recent one I've watched and this season has been pretty good so far.

Yes they are.

I love Barry, but it's a little disingenuous to present it like that with no other context. It is a dark comedy after all, and some unfortunate people don't dig that

I like Brooklyn Nine-Nine, surely the first workplace comedy in 20 years brave enough not to be a mockumentary

What? How is it disingenuous? They asked about decent comedy shows and that shit has me legit chuckling which is rare for me. What do I care if some people don't like it?

Yes both those shows are still going, I can get a laugh out of both from time to time and watch them when I'm bored. South Park seems to have maintained a higher quality than Family Guy probably because it's a little more topical.

The last good comedy show I was upset they cancelled was the Birthday Boys and that one came out a while ago. I Think You Should Leave is pretty funny, not as good but it has its' moments.

I got a decent laugh out of Medical Police.

Quality of the jokes isn't really consistent though.

I preferred it when it was called Children's Hospital and played on Adult Swim.

F is for Family is probably my favorite animated show since the Moral Orel.

Speaking of stop motion puppets the Shivering Truth is pretty good, it's a different kind of funny, it's basically Xavier Renegade Angel meets the Twilight Zone.

Isnt it the same writers for Xavier? It's some impressive animation but maybe I'm never high enough when I watch it.

I think. I know it's some of the same writers from Morel Orel and the voice of Xavier.

Philosophical comedy. Has some strong existential/absurdist undertones and a LOT of comedy. Primo trip film material.

Something called Peep Show, it's about 2 british losers who share an apartment. Resonates alot with me as 1 is a socially inept sexually inexperienced loser and the other is a drug taking hedonist failed musician. It's filmed from the perspective of the person, what you see is what the person speaking see's and you hear their thoughts, pretty unique and different.

really good show. not gonna get hard into it and watch the whole thing but it was good. i wonder how well it aged, it must look dated at this point now that social media has completly changed the landscape. still a classic
