APD says the suspect is cooperating with law enforcement and has been released pending investigation. The police have confirmed that Mr. Foster did not discharge his weapon; the individual in the car fired the initial 5 shots, followed by a street medic firing on the retreating vehicle.

Hmmm large crowds of angry people and loose gun laws led to someone getting shot?
How could this happen?

Or as Kenneth Casaday, the Austin Police Association President, put it: He was looking for a confrontation and he found it.

Fuck the police. On and on.

Did they mention that he pointed his AK directly at the motorist? Texas has Stand Your Ground laws, look it up if you don't know what that means.

Says the guy who shot him, who would be guilty of manslaughter/murder otherwise. Witnesses dispute that. There's a picture of him next to the car and the muzzle is pointed toward the ground.

This is also what's called "fighting words" This is a bit more serious. Intent.

point the weapon towards the cars occupant, surely if so there is video, it would have surfaced by now. There is no way person would have a state of mind to 'stand his/her ground, to have felt threatened, but to target somebody who shares the ideals of right to bear arms

Exercising their first and second amendment rights. Remember the cattle rancher who had high powered rifles trained on BLM officials. Our families always paid for

“The driver intentionally and aggressively accelerated into a crowd of people,”
“You could hear the wheels squealing from hitting the accelerator so fast,”

Fuk black lives matter, I could care less, I do care, but. The whole scheme of things,
black lives matter as a organized event, is political. It causes right-wingers to fear?
React in a horrid manner when they really don't need to act insanely aggressively.
I think a lot of people took a different route to avoid protests, instead of squealing
right into everybody. Then clam, I was in fear for my life, in their planned thinking.

Right now, things are on edge. Years of fox news and right-wing media blowing or sensitizing, misrepresenting minor protests of BLM for political gain, it is negative that makes people do reckless stuff.

Our families always paid for grazing rights, all the stuff, water rights. So here it is.
We should keep all oil exports limited. Gasoline production is low, Which we should be creating oil reserves, not 'selling it on the open market to the highest bidder. Tar, low grade sands from Canada. Etc. We sell oil on the open market, then buy it back. $$ Drill baby drill, was a right-wing declarative. What would the people get from drilling ANWAR, nothing. The Saudis, as well School could prove they could easily drive down oil prices per barrel. The Saudis did that with ease.

We should be paying maybe 1.25 a gallon of gasoline, we should be in full mode building new a and filling our oil reserves to the brim with domestic oil and gas grilling right now. There are a lot of oil workers out of work when they should be in full capacity. Not drilling next to homes in Colorado, causing water they you 'can' light on fire. Forgotten costly oversight where houses blow up due to uncapped lines. We really should top our
oil reserves to maximum benefit, not play with OPEC as little as we can, be self-sustaining.

Venezuela under Chanvez, gasoline was like what, 38 cents a gallon at a time. And Jimmy carter created an oil crisis because at the time didn't deal with terrorist entities, hence OPEC was created, if I am not mistaken.

The hostage crisis ended when Reagan took office. The moment he took office. That is called reverse nation building. That is why what has been political character in paper and online media media
since even the early days or Woodrow Wilson, Lincoln, portrayed politicians as political puppets.

Even before.

People used to place racial flyers, as well during the civil war, and before that. The britsish attempted to
take over America, like they had, that is why we had the one watch by night one watch by day, a watchtower
signaled with lanterns the british are coming. Two if bt nigh one if by day.

People used to use the night to place flyers to show their political views, and early form of
encryption. Or rather anonymity.

If anybody is going to say ? Huh? Aside from Columbus day being remembered/dismantled, he did not discover America, even if he had, the native peoples say, we knew it was here the whole time.

Thanksgiving, we came we saw the hospitality, then destroyed. I am just throwing out stuff. Saddam was not a threat, nor was he trying to seek yellow cake form Africa. The US had no business/Rumsfeld war with Iraq. Seek this, Trumps words on why we should have taken their oil. This costed taxpayers massive amounts of $$ what is left, a couple of contractors leveled, when contractors mowed down just anybody in the streets. There were more contractors that actual military personal. Which leveled US troops through their inabilities killed US solders.

You sound totally riled, and you're so fucked up on substances you frequently lose the thread of what you're even upset about and start exploding and vomiting angry random words.

Gasoline is cheap in those places because of the tariffs and taxes. I was sitting on my ass in North Africa watching a round table on Kuwaiti TV, and one of the oil sheiks said they offered a European negotiator free oil. Literally free. Including Suez canal tax, including freight, everything, free, in exchange for half the taxes they charge. No deal. Things are more complex than you understand and exploding like this over things you don't understand doesn't help anyone do anything. It only hurts you and riles up people like you who lack the information they need to produce a reasoned response.

APD has released the shooter, will not identify. Austin Police Association President Kenneth Casaday tweeted that Foster was "looking for a confrontation and he found it," a stance he stood by Monday when he spoke to CNN's Chris Cuomo.

First hand footage, 3 angles:

Driver accelerated into the crowd on a right-hand turn with a red light.

You people must realize at this point that you're quarterbacking every shot in a war to either cheer it on or complain that it was unjustified. The only valid position at this point is to be anti-war instead of being rabid cheerleader for one side or the other to be more violent, as you do.

I'm OP. Honestly; I feel like I stuck pretty clearly to verifiable facts. Up until now i have offered no opinions or analysis.

To me it seems clear that the stage is being set for this case to be dismissed as self defense under texas's stand your ground laws. I'm just trying to relay the facts and footage. This seems like a major turning point in the protest/anti-protest politics and street tactics. In light of other city protests and responses I wonder if the same military/police/riot/security forces from portland will be in Austin next. Trump recently tweeted and deleted a statement incorrectly asserting that Garrett Foster shot first.

After several delays the APD has also now released the bodycam footage of the earlier police shooting of Micheal Ramos from April.

and now this guy has begun vandalizing the memorial; knocking over the candles and pouring white paint over it. A spokesperson for the Austin Police Department told DailyMail.com that not investigation is being carried out, as the flowers, candles and signs left at the memorial are considered 'abandoned property', and therefore 'no crime has taken place.'

He's begun bragging about it on his periscope, and promises to escalate to sewage, paintballs, and physical violence.

however, in his last TikTok he basically doxxes himself
and it's not hard to find a prior APD arrest record from last August.

Being a furry and a right-wing lunatic aren't mutually exclusive.

Though there's been some effort within the furry community to not provide a safe space for nazis.

Nazi furfags and the alt-right having a large animefag lolicon/pedophile following boggles the mind. Like how do they disregard the fact that the 1940's national socialist party would have literally had them killed, how do they seriously ignore that fact?

3 percenters are rightwing lunatics who want a civil war.
Boogaloo refers to anyone who is preparing for a civil war.
BLM refers to Black Lives Matter
