I've got a little left from a gallon of milk that's about 2 days past expiration. Did the smell test and it didn't smell rancid. Did the taste test, and it doesn't exactly taste "fresh", but it's not foul tasting either.

What's the verdict, my foodie peeps. Would you drink it?

Not OP but some milk I bought last week with a sell by date of April 4th was still good Saturday night somehow. I bought another gallon and was gonna throw the old stuff out thinking I got bamboozled by the grocery store into buying milk that would go bad in less than a week but I guess they fucked up on the sell by date.

Well I already have gochujang. It's been fermenting now since August so it's relatively young still. It tastes pretty good but the flavor isn't that deep yet.
