I was wondering what quick and healthy meals I could eat seeing that I never like to get up and make anything when I am high. I don't like gaining weight, i'm also very unhealthy. What do you do?

Season chicken, stick in the oven. About as easy as food gets. Same with potatoes. Also do yourself a favor and get on of the steamer pots or whatever the fuck they are called. You can throw some rice in there along with some broccoli or whatever vegetables you want, set the timer and you’ve got all that goodness with the absolute minimum work involved

English muffin x a serving of cottage cheese x tomatoes.
If you want you can keep some balsamic vinegar reduction around to drizzle. Or basil.

I choose keto, but many keto snacks are high in sodium, so maybe not healthy.
