Can't find the answer on google. If I drink the bean juice then is it bad for my large intestine because it kind of seems like one of those things.

I've got some bean juice leftover on the bottom of the bowl and I don't want to make the wrong decision. You've got about 20 minutes and then I am throwing it away. Thanks in advance!!!

if you're hungry use it to make a broth

the bean juice has protein in it, you can use chickpea or garbanzo bean juice as a replacement to eggwhite.

but it is high in sodium, and whatever other residue, long story short, if you ate the beans, the bean juice is probably fine.

no dude... dont drink the bean juice. when you open the can, leave the lid loosely in place and hold it loosely as a strainer to drain the beans.

It wont kill you, but like the other guy said, usually you strain off any excess juice when making beans.

But you do you man.

I guess you could reduce the juice in a pan to make a bean sauce

Don't try this with corn juice though, because corn sauce is pretty gross.

The bean juice is great. But it's usually really salty. So don't use all the juice, depending on the dish size, other seasoning, etc
