Can you guys give me advice in choosing a good waster wooden sword?
I bought one but i don't trust pine wood (also don't know much about swords or sparring), and i wanted to buy one for a friend (not too expensive) and maybe take some sparring lessons.

One place I know of is Cold Steel, they use poly propalyne which is a resilient plastic. Look into it if you like.

I need a good pack with about 40-50litres of space to use hitchhiking/freighthopping
Ideally it has
Long, tall design
Simple
Preferably no zippers
Molle straps are nice
Id rather it wasnt camouflage, but a dull color like green or brown
Lightweight-ish
Quality. Surplus is generally what i would call good quality
I have a low budget of like 70$, so buying a used one is an option

Nigga u high. I've done 20 miles in a day easily. Pffft 5 miles a day. I did that just walking from a camp hovel to a spange spot and back. 25 pounds or more is misery if you are lugging it day and night for 10-20 miles a day for months at a time. Go try it.

Made this baton in wood shop. Couldn't make bats, told the teacher it was a table leg. The black duct tape is to stop blades from sliding down and cutting me hand. I also made a best once out of one of those 3 mag mills pouches by sewing shoulder straps and a belt to it to make a rack vest. When I played airsoft, a fake aimpoint comp2 stopped working, so I drew a reticle on. Actually kinda liked it more. I also once saw a jihadist wearing armor made from sheet metal.

For felons.

Post your tips if you are a felon/know one/know what to do if you are one surrounding issues of weapons.

This is a public service.

So far I know blackpowder rifles are permitted, as well as bow and arrow, knives may not be of a certain length and any special permits are probably forbidden.

I always hear ppl say you own a gun must be compensating for something, the implication being you have a small penis.

So /nra/ please tell me how to use a big ol dick as a weapon

A penis is only useful as a weapon if you can will yourself to an erection. I am not at that level yet, I can only will my boners away on short notice. But I will soon conquer this hurdle as well.

I too lament the fad of buying into big dumb trucks. In my experience on the road, it leads to a lot of rude driving behavior ie cutting off, no signalling, break checking, always on smaller vehicles. In fact, my first ex gf wanted a F-150 and that bitch was -tiny-. Like 5'4. She gonna need to sit onn a stack of phone books lol.

Having been around firearms since the 90's, I can tell you, nobody gave a shit about guns until 2008. Guns were just something people shot animals with or robbed others with. Then "Obama" and all hell broke loose. And again in 2012 around the school shooting.

I got an ass whooping once for target shooting. It was wasting ammo and all. Guns weren't recreational or for fun coming up as a kid. Now everywhere you go people shoot for hobbies and shit. Perception has changed completely so it is far different but people also treat guns completely differently as well. My dad got his ass beat with a belt just like mine for going out and shooting beer bottles and cans and shit. And his dad received the same if he used anything other than a .22 to shoot shit with. Of course, wasting shotguns shells for them meant starving so I guess it was kinda deserved.

People who don't understand guns buy deagles new. Anybody that knows anything about guns knows deagles are jam factories with a shitty weak round that is more expensive than 30-06.

They're loud and flashy. But they are complete dogshit. Kinda like a Mustang. So idiots that don't know shit buy them, and sell them down the road when the hype wears off. And nobody wants them so they cost half price when you sell.

A book can easily stop a .50 AE. It just depends on how thick it is.

I shot a deagle once, I thought it was pretty stupid honestly. Just buy a rifle. Also that kickback was terrible, Ive heard that the revolver version is less terrible but just as superflous

I feel like guns we're perfected in the early 1900's and everything since then is just wasteful

In the new Prey game, the pistol, a "TranStar PPN-8", seems to be a toggle-lock action, like a Luger.

In the firing animation, you can see the mechanism at the back fold up and down, and the reload animation shows you working the bolt.

What a strange detail...

I'm guessing your mora probably rusted because you got the carbon steel version instead of the stainless and didn't oil it occasionally. Just use some 0000 steel wool and some gun oil and it'll come right off. Carbon for sharpness, stainless for corrosion resistance.

Yeah, it's the one with the safety. It was the only one they had in stock. Doesn't bother me though as I won't be carrying it outside the house except for the range since I don't have my CCP yet. It's legal to open carry in my state, but I'd prefer it if people not know I'm armed.

>Also, if anyone here has a concealed carry permit:
Say you are carrying your CCW in your vehicle and you are pulled over by an officer. When they run your tags, I assume they can see if you are permitted to conceal carry (correct me if I'm wrong), and if so, can they search you on the spot if they feel like they have probable cause (paranoid behavior, red eyes, dank smell, etc)? Are you obligated to tell them you are carrying, or are they automatically informed by dispatch? My friend brought this up and it's got me worried even though I never carry drugs and firearms on me at the same time. Basically, once you get a CCP, does that in turn lead to a higher chance of getting searched when pulled over? I live in NC for the record.

often one of the first questions an officer asks is if there are any weapons in the vehicle. bad idea to lie about that. one good bit of advice i have heard is when you initially hand them your identification, also at the same time give them your gun permit and keep both hands on the wheel and wait for their instruction. at least thats what i would do
