It mostly depends if they're real or fakes pressed with fentanyl analogues. I have received fake vicodins in my life not joking, but they happened to be completely bunk and after closer inspection it wasn't the best fake I've ever seen.

If they're real and it's you're first time ever with an opioid, take 15-20mg to start for a decent buzz. You may need more but some people will puke from even just 20mg.

Awesome, thanks. These are an old script of mine, so I don’t have any concerns about faking.

I’ve got 30mg total, and I’ve used them a bit in the past, but not a ton. If I just do all 30 will I die horrifically? Split into two 15mg nights? I’d rather have one great dose, but also want to keep breathing.

Nah 30mg can't kill you if you're a adult male over say 140-150lb unless you have a double positive allele for that enzyme (makes it more effective). Even then, nah 30mg hydrocodone can't kill you. 30mg hydrocodone roughly equals 20mg oral oxycodone, and the highest therapeutic dose they prescribe for zero tolerance first time is 10mg every 4-6hr. So twice that amount can't kill you.

Either take the entire 30mg all at once period, or take 15mg all at once and wait 7-10 days minimum to take the other 15mg all at once. Waiting 14 days is optimal for tolerance and to prevent mental addiction creeping up over your lifetime.

That's assuming you don't drink, dont take benzodiazepines, any other weird downers, and aren't on a million different medications that might react.

M,

are there any serious interactions with any pharm opiate (hydro, oxy mostly) and bi polar medications (lithium, risperdone, and congentin)?

I'm aware of the benzo interaction but curious about those

Absolutely there are major interactions with some bi polar meds especially SSRIs with some opioids and a LOT of other meds, drugs, booze, and supplements both herbal and synthetic.

No offense but I don't have time to research those three, but here's how you figure it out. Figure out the enzymes that break down your mess, and find out if your meds inhibit aka slow down any enzymes. Sometimes the same enzyme that breaks them down is the enzyme that the medication inhibits.

Then check the same two things about the drug/substance you're going to use to get high. If they use the same enzyme to get broken down, it will make the active drug for both meds longer to break down, or it might make one of the two drugs get metabolized by a enzyme pathway that normally doesn't metabolize that much of the medication. Different enzymes turn the active drugs into different metabolites. Some metabolites are active drugs too, while other metabolites are totally inactive.

So yeah, that's pretty much it. Remember that not all interactions make one or both ingredients more potent or effective. An enzyme is a drug that is an enzyme inhibitor of CYP2d6 (it's either 2d6 or 3a4) combined with codeine actually makes codeine way weaker than stronger because codeine's effects are largely caused by two of its main metabolites, morphine and C-6-G.

Hope this helps. At least now I've given you a fishing rod to catch as many fish as you need, instead of providing you just three fish.

This site is pretty good but it's not perfect. I suggest people use it for surface knowledge before actually researching themselves before actually consuming something.
