ive been taking suboxone the past couple of months and just scored some dope. my lost sub was yesterday around noon do i have to wait to use? will the sub block the effects?

You didn't say your daily dosage. If you take 4mg or less sub per day, wait at least 36-48hr before trying to dose. If you take above 4mg/day (especially 8mg or more per day), wait at least 72hr. Even that might not be enough.

I plug roughly 4mg per day (equivalent of ~6-6.5mg/day subbed), and I had to seriously wait a good maybe 4.5-5 days to use dilaudid. That even includes maybe 2 days of rapid "taper" where I went like 4>1>0.5mg before actually stopping.

I'm convinced that most people who insist they can get high 24hr since their last 8mg daily sub are just using crazy absurd fake American/Canadian fent dope or fake pills.

To clarify, when I compare 2/4/8mg per day, I mean overall, not for just one day. If you drop from say 8 to 4mg per day, it takes something nuts like 8-15 days minimum for your bupe levels to fully stabilize (let alone your actual tolerance too).

The best option is to stabilize on 4mg or less before trying to use back and forth. 2mg would be even better. If you only use 2mg/day, some can easily get high in just 24-36 hours of not using.
