According to Wikipedia rectal administration of heroin is the most effective way to use heroin without a needle, does anyone have their own subjective experiences with this ROA using heroin (black tar in particular) or links to trip reports with this method?

When I first got into h I would plug it but for whatever reason the high just wasn't that good. Now that could be because of mudbutt but I never experienced that with other drugs. Idk, I've plugged codeine and it was stronger as well as evaporated PST.

It's worth a shot for sure because many people report good experiences. I think h will always be an IV or bust drug for me. I was getting golden triangle #4 btw and I don't know if that makes a difference.

Anyway I'm on 100mg of methadone maintenance now and shooting h feels like it might as well be water. I miss it a lot but the lifestyle was just too expensive and the constant need to get my fix was time consuming to say the least. I basically always had PST or suboxone to fall back on so wd wasn't that common but still. Also fent is so hard to get here which is the only thing that could break through the 'done when the other half of the world just wish they could get clean h.

Yes, and if you do it correctly, I would say it is about as close to IVing it as you can get. The problem is that getting it in the right spot is tricky. If you don't do it right, you'll still get high, it'll just come on slower and you won't get that lovely rush.

The best method I've found is prepping your shot with no more than 100ccs of water (preferably 60 to 40ccs) in a 1ml oral syringe. Squat down like you're about to lift some heavy weight bro, stick the tip in no further than the tip of your index finger to the first knuckle, and then tilt the syringe slightly forward. Depress the plunger *slowly* (5 to 10 seconds). Take the plunger out and you're done. If you did it right, and hit an anal vein, you should feel an IV-like rush either immediately or within 5 minutes.

If you don't get it the first time, try tilting the plunger in different directions, or going slightly shallower or deeper with how far you push it in. Also, treat rectal administration with the same hygiene and sanitary practices you would IV. An infection in your colon, small / large bowel, or stomach is absolutely horrible and can cause the onset of things like Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis.

It works, but you have to evaporate it down into concentrate first. You don't want more than like 50ml of liquid for any reason. The less, the better. I however do think using <1ml is a bit too little IME. I prefer to plug ~2-3ml for most drugs.

He is right that remaining standing/sitting upright after plugging is the optimal move. Only lay on your side if you feel an uncontrollable urge to shit.

I'd say do half. Oral morphine BA is ~30% and rectal is supposedly ~71%. With possible alkaloid lost during VERY low temp evaporating, IME is usually around ~60% effectively.

Let me know if you find an effective low temp evap method. I will say that it's a little grimy/gross if you don't de-fat the PST (I've never defattened myself).

thanks for the advice. definitely looking to try defatting with naph or xyl or even coconut oil. the only dead sure methods i know of for low temp evap are hotplate, open oven, fan, or hair dyer.

I used to crush and plug 320mg to 480mg oxy and plug or eat if constipated
