So I have ingested 10 grams of pure paracetamole with my codeine pills in the last 2 days, and I've drank 2 liters of whiskey with the pills. How fucked is my liver at this point?

I know I know, probably should have done the cold water extraction, but I was afraid of wasting any codeine

10mg of tylenol over 2 days every once in a while isn't going to be an issue. the daily limit of 3-4g(?) is lower than what is actually safe. it will become a problem if you make a habit of taking large doses frequently.

Op you have most likely sustained a bit of liver damage but you will probably not notice or feel the hepatoxicy unless you happen to have health issues or do this kinda thing all time

yeah, he drank a lot. but my statement still stands. his liver will be fine/recover if he doesn't make a habit of this and its a one off thing.
