Paracetamole

So I have ingested 10 grams of pure paracetamole with my codeine pills in the last 2 days, and I've drank 2 liters of whiskey with the pills. How fucked is my liver at this point?

I know I know, probably should have done the cold water extraction, but I was afraid of wasting any codeine
