I found these buggers on a walk and I believe they may be Psilocybe, however I can't find any type of a mushroom online that fits the description of these, however they do fit I some certain criteria for psilocybe in the ČR
>South Moravia, Czech Republic
>Wet grassy-mossy area in nonstop shade and covered with dew 24/7 thanks to a line of trees
>Loads of other mushrooms around (mycena mostly)
Specific things for the mushrooms
>Brownish-rustish gills
>slime on the cap, slightly green and gives the cap the green colour, can be "peeled" off in parts
>Very firm and rubbery, I couldn't even separate the caps from the leg right for a spore print (I'm waiting for it rn)
>blue leg
I'll post more pics of it and go check if it bruised blue

Probably one of blue Stropharia species. Not psychoactive.
