Hello everybody. Since I don't like the taste of dried mushrooms and dried truffles, I wanted to get a capsule filler.
How can I pulverize dried mushrooms? Can i use a kitchen chopper?

OP please consider Mushroom Tea. I switched to it and I will never eat them ever again. You dont lose potency if you make it and strain it properly. I dont believe caps to be worth it because you are still taking in indigestable material and making caps sounds like a fiddly waste of time and effort when you could just crush, pour in boiling water, add normal tea (or lemonade!) and strain.

You can also eat them in ice cream or fruit rollups.

Walmart sells a great 1.5 cup food processor thats a perfect little size for shamanic type needs. it's no KitchenAid but it's only like idk 10 bucks and it it powders stuff for me pretty well. I also use a Capsule Machine and have noticed that the particle size really matters. If you have big chunky particles that aren't ground up well, you'll end up stuffing them all day because the powder just stays fluffy and you can't get good average weights. So I do think it's worth it to try and get a fine powder before capping for consistency and ease
