I find that I am unable to stop worrying about the next thing that I need to do or the next thing that might happen. Today, I took a walk, I didn't overeat, and I exercised. It's was a good day but I don't feel good because I am worrying about work tomorrow. When I am with friends, when I am on date, even while I'm having sex, I can never be "present" in the moment, I am constantly worrying about what comes next. Is it possible to stop doing this?
