Hey lads, I’ve noticed over the last couple months that I almost daily get a feeling of déjà vu, for example today I sat down on a park bench near some people talking, I heard a snippet of their conversation and it filled me with complete déjà vu. Is there anything deeper going on or is my brain Justin fucking frying.

Meditate and you will be able to notice when your mind hangs onto something like deja vu and actually have it be quiet enough in there to see where it's coming from. Without a quiet mind it could be anything. This is not the only way, you can also cheat it out with hypnosis.

I recently was diagnosed with epilepsy because I had a seizure while driving. Before I was in my anti-seizure meds I was also experiencing deja vu frequently. It’s probably a micro seizure tbh. Hope you don’t have a breakthrough and seize bro. I’m sketched the fuck out to drive now lol feel like I might blue screen at any moment.
