Does a demon / so called soulless have to care about health since they are already "dead"? Can a demon in a human body basically smoke whatever, eat whatever etc. without worrying about health stuff? How does this work in depth ... And do their bodies actually ever die since they're already soulfully dead, or would they just jump into a new vessel?

Your inner demons don't give a fuck if you do cocaine, Beatrice. You filthy whore, what are you even planning?

IANAL but pretty sure a demon would want you to fuck up your health both physical and mental so you're more spiritually vulnerable, and if it had sufficient possession and had it out for you it could decide to just try to kill the body, though I'd imagine it would have more fun or interest in fucking up your life irreparably. Not sure why you'd call it soulless, demons are non-physical spirits.

But once spirits aka. demons occupy their own vessel and lives in it permanently, do they still have to care about the "bodys health". even tho its basically an empty shell?

You're talking about vessels, which are human bodies. Human bodies which can do cocaine, Beatrice. If you're a demon's vessel you can do so much cocaine, Beatrice.

If you start wearing a flesh suit, does it need maintenance? Yes, duh.
