So, I am basically planning on shaving half of my head.. and leaving the other half long. It's already round my shoulders, a bit longer maybe. I have injuries and other problems affecting hair growth on one side, so I am basically just going to compromise with a fade or just bare on that side.

On the bare side, I want to get three helix piercings of progressively smaller sizes, with a really rough, punk, tribal feeling to them. While I'm experienced seeing this on women, this is actually my first piercing. And on the same side, I want to make the lobe a big socket piercing.

Someone with many piercings gave advice on how to heal them up, treating with tea tree oil, etc. My question is, should I get them all done in one go? What earrings should I use for the three helix piercings? Just going for a solid black or red lobe plug.

all of these things you can change as your tastes change over time except the plug. do you really want a floppy ear scrap when you're older?

Don't use tea tree oil jesus christ, if you want to stretch your earlobe do it slowly, rushing into it can cause it to tear and you don't want that.

Don't get gauges you fuckin fag. Shit looks so fucking bad and the trend is about dead. It only has lasted this long because chucklefucks literally have to keep their gauges in because if they don't, they got 2 pieces of spaghetti skin flopping around.

No tea tree oil. If helix is your first piercing, start with one and care for it and let it heal up. Make sure you go to a proper piercer who is certified and uses a hollow needle. They will also likely sell a spray for cleaning the piercing, or at the very least have clear instructions for after-care. You will need to adjust your habits (sleeping on other side, not using phone on that ear etc) during healing. If you're in the northern hemisphere and/or somewhere that's warm all the time stay the fuck out of swimming pools for a while during healing time. When you get your piercing done they'll let you pick the jewellery you want and you'll have to pay for that on top of the fee for the piercing--surgical steel is supposed to be best, but I've done well with silver or gold for my piercings.

Cool guys, thanks. I want something nice. I don't want gauges, I want to put a taper, don't I need the gauge for that?

For the helixes I want two spikes on a loop

I used a $30 of these and did it myself. It actually made summer a lot more tolerable so far.
