What are your tips for combatting a meth hangover?

I'm new to the sport, and while I love every second of my day when I'm using...the crash the following day is the worst.

Even at 10-20mg, it feels like I've done a gram of blow and drank 24 beer the day before.

Rigid vitamin schedule? Sugar loading before a comedown? Water?
Or are we doomed to account for our sins? After all, every peak has its valley.

I can see how people just keep using every single day. Who the fuck has time for this comedown shit

Vitamins, LOTS of water, eat clean, stretching, etc. Look at it like you’re preparing for and performing in an extreme sport. This mitigates a lot of negative side effects.

Also if you’re a bad enough dude, just takes benzos/opis

Magnesium citrate is the only supplement you really need to worry about taking. Otherwise just eat well, drink plenty, brush your teeth, and get a proper amount of sleep despite wanting to stay up for days on end.

The sleep seems to be the most important imo, even just for taking care of your mouth. My tongue gets raw, I get upper respiratory and sinus infections, and sores all in my gums and on my tongue if I stay up for days, but if I sleep but otherwise take an equivalent amount, I don't get any of that at all. It also feels so much fucking better to do if you've eaten, are hydrated, and have slept. Every time I stay up for days I wind up feeling like it was a waste of the drugs.

My suggestion would be to stick to addies/dexies which unlike meth isn't directly neurotoxic. Every time you use even small amounts of meth you are destroying your nervous system slowly but surely. And also you won't have the comedowns.

What a god damn pussy, 1 gram of blow and some beer makes you feel like shit? I can pull an all nighter jerking off frantically, get 1-2 hours of sleep and go to my construction job just fine. Gabapentin/lyrica and magnesium helps. Weed/benzos in small amounts to take the edge off, lots of water and you should be good.

I finally met my match and hubris got the best of me, had a very important construction job to work on but I also had important work to do jerking off at night so for an entire week I worked 10 hours, came home, jerked off nonstop, then went into work again the next day with maybe 3-4 hours sleep the whole week. Because the position I was glued into jerking off in my chair, I developed some serious circulatory problems and had a huge crash, as well as overdosing on my final meth binge.

SLEEP. If you aren't going to sleep at least 6/7 nights a week, you should stick to kiddy drugs like cocaine. That "hangover" you feel is you not getting enough sleep. Quit ingesting by 6PM, be asleep by 2AM, wake up at 8AM, ingest at 9AM. Every other week I'll stay up all night fapping. Peaks don't have valleys for me. Doing drugs is not a sin and shouldn't even be illegal.

The only problem meth users ever have is always ALWAYS not eating, not drinking water, and not sleeping. If you didn't do these things sober, guess what? You'd feel equally shitty. Luckily you evolved to feel bad when you don't do these things so you tend to do them automatically. Problem is, when you take a drug that makes you feel good, your body cannot warn you when it needs to be replenished.

definitely all the antioxidants you can get, smoothies are you best bet, or just lots of fruit. have a lot before, as much as you can during, and a lot after your experience. makes a world of difference for me, the high is better, the comedown comes on slower and not as harsh, and i dont feel like i wanna die for two days, just 5-10 hours
