NVIDIA drivers and microsoft SHA2-related updates View Thread Reply Hide JarvisHerrynet.pol - Sun, 05 Sep 2021 14:18:33 EST Nk94kWYt No.123628 File: 1630865913237.jpg -(203488B / 198.72KB, 750x869) Thumbnail displayed, click image for full size. Hello all, I am posting from a computer running a cracked copy of Windows7 Ultimate. Basically I want to ask if installing certain M$ windows updates, kb4474419 and kb4490628 will brick my machine. Backstory: I am trying to fuss with my nvidia settings for a specific program. The nvidia control panel crashes and I suspect it's because my drivers are out of date. My last driver version is from Jan 2020, and the new one seems to be just a few days old, so I'm really kicking myself over not attending to this issue just a little sooner. The nvidia driver update won't install because I don't have these windows updates. Will I just never be able to use the nvidia control panel again? >> MatildaCribberfield.c - Sun, 05 Sep 2021 14:26:21 EST 9Ant0Gv1 No.123629 Reply >>123628Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: nvcplui.exe Application Version: 8.1.940.0 Application Timestamp: 5e01ca8d Fault Module Name: nvgames.dll Fault Module Version: 26.21.14.4187 Fault Module Timestamp: 5e01cb4b Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 00000000000f8829 OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1 Additional Information 1: 95d8 Additional Information 2: 95d8957f86748f8c6f4a602ea10b7c50 Additional Information 3: ee9c Additional Information 4: ee9cf428dbb5824afbd2f5612ca35c21

What is the easiest way to convert a Microsoft Virtual PC VM to something like virtualbox, vmware, or even hyper-v?My work has a vm that runs their machines but they "upgraded" to windows 10 and the software will no longer run due to arbitrary restrictions. That is, microsoft vitual pc.I need to get that VM moved over somehow, there is a ton of old, unique proprietary drivers and software on it for our c&c, we migrated it over to a vm more than a decade ago because the original hardware failed and was irreplacable. it's a windows NT machine, if it matters. >> AngusBleshchag.icm - Mon, 30 Aug 2021 13:57:12 EST GZqitEUN No.123614 Reply https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Migrate_Windowsthis should help >> EbenezerDrenderwell.xsl - Tue, 31 Aug 2021 11:00:28 EST zrEvVeh5 No.123622 Reply >>123611Vmware player is kinda annoyin. Maybe take the freakin thing to an I-store. Maybe make an appointment for I-store before hand. Maybe find warranty information. Maybe offer which phone and fill in the blanks to a iphone forum. Surely IPhone has some sort of tech support. Use your phone to get support just for fun. I do not do apple anything, free even, just not my thing. https://mashable.com/article/apple-security-vulnerability-ios-macos-ipados K what what I would consider is factory reset, update see if issue persists. Or Istore if that does not work.. Or Warranty. I know somebody who spent like $900 freaking bucks for an IPhone, Something like that. My android phone costed like 120 dollars and was discounted to like 60 dollars. Not outdated either. like you care, obviously. K try this I dot not know IPhone, try removing the app, then reinstalling, whatever method, IStore, I guess one would have to create an account maybe. Maybe see if a thrd party app fails. See if apple Apple offers app to increase volume for specif app or a fix. Just throwin stuff out there.Windows I use all the native native apps, for everything.

I share a computer network with my parents, who do their banking from their home computers. Do I run in the risk by letting this person who I do not trust explicitly into my computer on the network? What can I do to allow him to use my computer and the Internet without exposing my family to risk? 2 posts omitted.
