> Telling people to use a VPN through Tor is extremely stupid advice.

If one does not give identifiable information it would work.
If one does gives identifiable information it would work,
to a slightly lesser extent.

If the final destination is encrypted it would be
end-to-end encryption. It would be tunneling an
encrypted connection through TOR regardless.

SO neither the destination nor the exit node would not know the origination.

With traffic analysis, even then it would be very difficult to put together where
a connection started from.

I have never seen this video but. So am not just
parroting what I have just heard. It takes a lot of
effort to understand what may work and may not
work. That its-self takes work. Even security
experts screw up.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8x1BJCKwqpI

In the end it is the user who can screw things up.
for their own security.
This why corporations hire people for security.

Their basic employees are often their companies
greatest security risk.

This is nothing new. Tunneling VPN through
another server. In this case TOR.

But VPNs are not internet connections.
As dude said, you have to connect to
the internet to use a VPN. But they
are internet connections. But as she
said TOR over VPN. Which is true,

So you can flash your own router DD-WRT
works. https://dd-wrt.com/
https://dd-wrt.com/support/router-database/

So you can piggy-back routers.
https://rdtk.net/network/how-you-can-piggyback-routers/
Reason, you can get a router to flash that is inexpensive.
If you flash an ISPs router you are gonna pay them if it fails.
So you can get a lynksys router, or search for a modem/router
that works with your ISP, and flash that. That is inexpensive, if it
fails, no big deal. If you have a thrift store nearby. Get a router that
matches the DD-WRT database. For like 5 ponds, US dollars. Then
install Tomato, as d ude said, DD-WRT is easier.

Wireless client bridge. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJaYE9Yk7gc
Use an older router that you flashed DD-WRT to. It is always the same. If
you flashed the second router correctly, one can connect to a 2nd router VIA
a laptop desktop VIA a hard wired connection. Or wireless for that matter but
a wired connection to the wireless is much easier.

My pc won't boot up, but the power lights are on. So I'm thinking that the mother board (MSI MS-7778) is dead, and is there any way to test that? Or even fix it?

How won´t boot up are we talking, no fans spinning or life signs at all except the lights or just no video?
The basic thing would be to try reseating stuff (connectors, memory, GPU) just in case something got loose. Also try plugging your monitor into the integrated MB graphics rather than your dedicated GPU assuming you have one.
User is currently banned from all boards

SSH is the replacement for rlogind, unless you are literally still using BSD4.2 or lower.
You can read more on it as http://www.hcs.harvard.edu/~dholland/computers/netkit.html
if you REALLY need it, modern distros ship this thing as netkit-rsh, but please be aware that script kiddies will hijack your connection with pre-made tools. Seriously don't use this unless you need to.

So I have a bunch of these and I want to see what the best thing to do with Them would be. I mean some say the Expiration doesn't really mean much whereas Some People go on about how it can clog as well as break Printers. It seems like People are selling these on eBay as well as Etsy though. If they are "bad" even though They are unopened can they be Opened like how some People unload or load up ink and somehow revitalize the Ink for like Art such as Painting or something. Kind of fishing for terms, but if Anyone knows what to do besides toss it would be greatly appreciated.

No, not eating the keyboard itself, but just a good secondary keyboard for general use that isnt a drag to menage. One that would be good when snacking and I can clean easily. Any reccomendations? Honestly something handheld that also has a mouse function would be really good

Nothing switched mechanical. Buckling spring with membrane or rubber dome will work in less than ideal conditions what this was made for. USB to bluetooth device (you can pickup rechargable Li-ion batteries in AA cell size.
You can do your own research here, https://deskthority.net/wiki/ and on eBay.
Build quality of some older models is worth the secondary market.
Cherry, Lenovo, and Mitsumi are generally good.
Avoid Razer or other gaming gear because additional drivers may be reporting upstream.
I use a Lenovo KU1153 for this although not wired.

There is a criminal organization in Brazil using NSO Group's Pegasus to infect devices for hack for hire, to incite terrorism, blackmail people, produce illegal pornography and assist in assassinations. They also have other advanced malware, like UEFI implants and even persistent implants for Kindle and Raspberry Pi. Plus face/voice recognition on every camera and microphone they can get into, in public or private places.

Brazil won't do anything to stop them. Only the FBI, CIA and NSA can stop them.

There is also the possibility that they were engaged on the hack of Bezos' smartphone.

If you know of any security researcher who wants to reverse engineer the exploits they are using, I am more than willing to help them.

If you want a story about how they operate, I am willing to work with you to expose them.

Is VR any good for productivity? Is there a system that is reasonably suited for programming/sysadmin work? I'd like to have 9 terminal windows open at the same time, and be able to actually read everything on each of the screens.

Did you play Darknet? I guess something like the node interface in that game could be helpful navigating router & firewall rules.

It depends on the kind of work I guess.
The real bottleneck is likely not information consumption though but input.
You can only press so many buttons per second and most IT nerds can't really touchtype properly.

This brings me to the current missing link for productivity centered UI: We need eye tracking. The eyes have the fastest muscles in the human body and even without immersive displays a proper implementation would greatly enhance tasks.

Try a tiling window manager. Larswm is the least effort. If you want customization (lua scripting) you can try ion, but the ion dev is an asshole.

>Would my eyes get tired doing this through a VR system?
With current consumer HMD it's worse than a monitor.

You can try something like M$ Hololens or a cheaper alternative. These projection HMDs are supposed to have no eye strain as you don't have to specifically focus on the content. But it's not nearly as good as the ads for it make it seem. The viewing area is quite small and resolution and contrast are crap.

And finally get a blue light filter.
