>The Hungarian Gold Train was the German-operated train during World War II that carried stolen valuables, mostly Hungarian Jews' property, from Hungary towards Berlin in 1945. After American forces seized the train in Austria, almost none of the valuables were returned to Hungary, their rightful owners, or their surviving family members.

So where the fuck did ~1 billion worth of concentration camp victim-looted gold go?

Everyone hypes up allied victory in WW2 as some sort of spiritual triumph of good over evil and it pisses me off. The gold in the hands of the nazis still belonged to the jews and the transfer of ownership is a fully congruent financial crime minus the murder. It's as if the gold was stolen by western allies from concentration camp victims themselves and it's fucking disgusting. People are fucking terrible.

It never existed. The whole train was a hoax, as a means to scam insurance companies who could not prove that these things did not exist, due to everything being carpet bombed in WWII.

Hint : IG Farben financials were finally entirely liquidated in 2003 only, it took more than 50 years to figure all of this shit and all of their patents. Other operations during WWII from the axis powers that are even less traceable, not sure it will ever happen.
