I live in the UK and would like to order 15-20 cartons from cigsspot.com as I have some BTC that I need to cash out on. I've never ordered more than the occasional carton before. Not had any issues before but presumably that sort of volume raises eyebrows. How viligant are customs with these things? Is there a way to structure shipping to make it more discreet?

American smokers...where do you find Lucky Strikes?

So I'm curious as to what areas of the United States you can find Luckies at these days. If you regularly see Lucky Original Reds or Lucky Filterless cigarettes in your area, let me know where about you are located state and/or city wise. Apparently it is still possible to find these bad boys, they're just not widespread.

Luckies were one of the best smokes I ever had in my life, somehow my one friend back in high school used to be able to get them once in a while, maybe from an Indian reservation or some shit, idk. I'd kill if I could get an idea as to where areas of the USA you can still pick up some Luckies.

I've tried hitting up specialty smoke shops and asking older smokers and shit, so far I've got no luck (central north Pennsylvania area, bordering New York state). From what I've learned, RJ Reynolds owns the name for the US market but is extremely lazy/apathetic about this brand, whereas BAT owns the name for the Euro markets and it is considered one of their flagship brands and is super popular and widely available in Europe.

I have bought them many times in southeastern PA closer to philly. Wawa markets should still carry them but to be honest i haven't checked in like... shit 5-6 years or so. fuck I'm old. Last time i saw somebody packing out a carton of them it was 1-2 years ago. So IF they still sell them and IF you know where a wawa is i'd try to track them down there. Filterless though sadly. Despite the expensive toasty goodness of filterless i would like to try the filtered variety. I hear they taste much different. However, i have also heard they ware nowhere to be found in the USA.

You try ordering them? I'm sure somebody sells them online somewhere. May not be too fresh though i don't know. Never attempted to order cigs online. Good luck, they were like my 3rd pack of cigs and bring back wonderful memories. Now i wouldn't pay the price for them. If you are really stuck and want some old school cigs try and look for unfiltered camels. They are pretty dope.

The little tobacco bodega in my hometown sells them. That's literally the only place I can find them. I recently moved, and have been to every gas station and skeezy smoke shop in town and nobody has them. A lot of people look at me like I'm speaking a foreign language when I ask if they "carry Lucky Strikes".

Have any of you tried Baccoff fake chew? I tried using smokey mountain the flavor was decent, but the consistency grossed me out with how tea-like and stringy it is. is baccoff more realistic? I'm more into consistency rather than flavor. What types of fake chew have you guys used and liked?

Its a herbal product sometimes containing small amounts of nicotine.
Mostly used to help those quit dipping. I've never tried it myself, but heard its not very effective.

Always thought they were maybe cool but ultimately stupid. If they don't give any kind of buzz (even if not just nicotine) what's the point?

Anyway I quit completely, all the products that try to "wean you off" dip or nicotine in any way are just further psychological barriers in the way of you being able to say "I ACTUALLY want to quit". I didn't bother with playskool excuses to keep the habit alive in some small way. A clean break was the only thing that worked

My dad swore by it when he had to give up 40 years of dipping to get approved for life insurance.

Seemed to work.

Of course he packed a lip of Cope Snuff while walking out of the physical after getting his blood drawn.

To be brutally honest with you, OP, buy a glass bong if you want to get a world shattering buzz every time you smoke.
Smoking tobacco through a bong is the most effective way to consume tobacco. In my humble and lot experience. It fucks you up.It is perverted. You might loose consciousness. You might rolll up your eyes so that one can only the white.

These are the best cigs I've ever had in my life. Honestly blow Luckies out of the water imo. Worth the 8.50 or so seeing as a pack lasts me a little under 3 days as opposed to smoking about 12 regular filtered cigs a day. So savory and packs onr hell of a punch. Whats your guys favorite unfiltered cigs? And hoe much do they cost in your area?

Also smoking some camel unfiltered
Luckies are good but Im on the same boat as you that camels are so much better
If you can find them the pall mall unfiltered are pretty good but if you're looking for an amazing unfiltered cigarette, Phillip Morris commanders, super hard to find so I would go to a place that can do special orders but even with that they're still almost impossible to find but when you do find them they're some of the best unfiltered you can find
Here camels and luckies and pall malls are pretty much the same price, ranging from anywhere form 8.06 a pack with tax included to a whopping 9.24 with tax at some stations that don't sell them as much

So recently I've been crushing these mints and subbing them. It's amazing. Legit nicotine high that lasts ages and no guilt or stigma. Or is there? Does anyone know how bad nicotine itself is for you on a chemical level? Or anything about the bio availability compared to smoking? Going through 20 or 30 mg a day.

If anyone wants a nicotine high without the gross smoking or chew I highly recommend this btw

Before and after nicotine addiction

I'm not a "big fan" of nicotine and tobacco, but I've noticed it helps a lot if I get some anxiety (maybe couple of times a week) or when I have to seriously focus on some scientific texts I'm working on. I'm not addicted to it yet, but I'm thinking of increasing frequency because it feels so benefitical. It seems to increase my focus while caffeine seems to do the opposite. In the past I used a random cigarette now and then, or even a pipe, and these days I'm mostly using nicotine gum and sometimes e-cigar. My question is, if I seriously get hooked on it as result and need it even when not anxious and not working on anything, and then decided to go down in frequency and amounts, has life change in any way? Will I permanently long for nicotine the rest of my life?

Update I found digestive support, in combination with apple cider vinegar for HCl production, and green tea for anti oxidants and natural well being.

But yes that is what I was talking about how you described it, sitting in the stomach.

I feel almost normal now, part of the problem was psychosis induced from feeling that way to not want to help myself get better.

I would recommend this to anyone trying to quit.>>173372

I quit, but I occasionally have a cig now and again, 3-4 times a year when I have bad cravings. I let myself have it, don't feel guilty, and then don't have any more for a while. Having a weird sense of guilt about relapses just makes you more addicted IMO

You use any other form of nicotine?

If you use another form it obviously isn't nearly as bad quitting, but a real smoke definitely does the job better. From the tactile sensation down to the "Whole tobacco alkaloids or 'WTA'".

I stopped smoking so much, I mean i am really content on 1-4 a day now. Granted i love a damn smoke, but sometimes you need to just let yourself fiend for one, it will be that much better. I drink a lot and this has surprisingly put a damper on my cig usage. Went from like 4-6 a day to 1-4 a day. Mostly because of nausea and stomach discomfort which leads me to not really want a cig so much.

How much do you smoke? The way i see it is that 1-3 a day isn't that bad compared to people who smoke literally two packs a day (which is nuts to me but they are the true badasses). Cancer doesn't work that way, but i would imagine what i smoke isn't nearly as bad as the two pack a day smoker.

IMO nicotine isn't that hard to quit, it is staying away that is the problem. Your body and mind still thinks "man i want a smoke". So if you don't find yourself to be the person to quit entirely (not telling you to give up btw), smoke less and find another alternative. Get a vape and use that most of the time, limit yourself to 1-2 smokes a day, then eventually give up traditional tobacco entirely. Then , maybe even the vape. Or just go balls out and stop but who wants to do that right?

pipe smoking is generally a leisurely and stress relieving pursuit. Stress is the biggest indirect killer of them all. Generally pipe tobacco is a more natural and higher quality product than what goes into almost all cigarettes. When smoking a pipe or cigar, the smoke is not usually inhaled, just tasted. Thus there is less of a chance of lung cancer and cardiovascular disease. Still, when I smoke I think about the oral and esophageal cancers... and I'm still breathing in small amounts of second hand smoke through my nostrils.

Has anyone quit before and noticed that after a while, your tolerance to other drugs decreases?

I feel like ever since I started dipping daily, whenever I smoke weed I can't enjoy it as much. Especially considering I usually smoke at night, and nowadays I usually dip at night. If I smoke weed and dip before/after, it measurably kills my high. I googled it and it seems to happen to a lot of other people. Makes sense considering tobacco brings a buzz of its own, so all those catecholamines that could be going towards the weed high are recruited for the baccy buzz.
