Pros:

the nicotine satisfaction is better with cigs IMO, its more instant altho it wears off faster (which can be a good thing depending on what you like) and technically isnt as strong or whatever. snus is still waaaay better than patches or vaping, probably something to do with MAOI's and shit. actual tobacco will always be superior.

the mouth cancer thing is essentially bullshit/fearmongering, even with fire cured american dip. look it up for yourself but basically swedish snus is associated with like a practically zero percent/miniscule increase in cancers compared to the general population. youre much more likely to get cancer of any kind (including oral cancer) from smoking tobacco.

Hold up I have to take my smarty pants on and google this shit...

So I pulled up some swedish sources that quoted a few studies saying it doesn't increase the chances of mouth/gut cancer but increases the chances for pancreas cancer, can cause more harmful strokes if you already are predisposed to them. I stopped reading another article that quoted a Barbro Holm-Ivarsson ("expert" on tobacco from the people's health institute) stating "Snus is just as addictive as heroin".

It's still pretty harmful, but it isn't cigg-tier cancer.

i'm on snus right now. cigarettes really help my concentration and ability to think but they smell bad and hurt my physical fitness. vaping doesn't do anything for me so i've tried snus and it helps me.

I moved to Snus a few months ago and I'll never go back.

I don't feel like shit anymore from smoking cigarettes for years.

I have to run a lot for my job (Army) and my lungs aren't fucking smoked within the first mile.

Dip was good but I couldn't always spit everywhere and the nicotine was waning on me.

I use Siberia -80C Extreme Strong. The burn I felt the first few times were amazing. Every so often I get them now and I just love it. No spitting either, I can use it anywhere I want.
