Remind me why Pendrew is the antagonist again? And yes mild spoilers but if you're so retarded you can't work out that the old man with the British accent is the bad guy in anything set in Hong Kong post-1997 you deserve it.

Trying to find adult games that are actually games and not just choose your own adventure stories. I want to see some titties, but I want to work for them and not be bored by some needless story.

Are there any easy games to master? By easy learning moves and combos and strings.

I heard Doa6 and Sc6 will be easier to learn? Is that true?

Snap vanish will get your face punched in if you don't know what you're doing with it. Sounds like you're midgame and don't really know what the meta is. Xenoverse is easy to learn but hard to master. The meta is using a strike combo to knock down your opponent before you use a fast ultimate to finish them off. Do it right and you'll have a combo of about 45 and your opponent loses 30 seconds into the match. Also galick gun can be blocked.

there's no real shooting stuff, and it's a bit rough around the edges, but "Outer Wilds" is the greatest space game of the year, and probably the greatest space game ever.
(not to be confused with the upcoming "The outer worlds")

Give me some forgettable FPS titles that no one remembers, or any hilariously bad games from all genres. This feels kinda selfish making a thread all about recommending stuff to ME but I'm having a hard time googling titles like this

PS does anyone remember a Vietnam FPS for PC from like 15 years ago? You could walk around in downtown areas and go inside buildings but I don't think it was explicitly a vietnam war game, but it seemed to be set during that period. It's a foggy memory at this point but I want to replay it,

The original Shellshock is a third person shooter, as shown in the screenshot. OP is looking for a FPS Vietnam game; Shellshock 2 was a FPS but it had zombies in it as the main enemy.

The only other Vietnam FPS I know of are 'NAM (which is good,) Tunnel Rats which was based off of the Uwe Boll movie, and Vietcong.

I played that game a lot, indeed pretty interesting and buggy. Kind of a FPS/RPG hybrid with different factions you could work for or piss off.
Nothing to do with Vietnam though, it takes place in some generic fictional south American country.

PT and Death Stranding: Why it’s probably actually a thing

File: 1562770752241.jpg -(328212B / 320.52KB, 1200x500) Thumbnail displayed, click image for full size. PT and Death Stranding: Why it’s probably actually a thing
I know there’s a ton of wacky conspiracies surrounding Death Stranding having some huge elaborate tie in with Metal Gear and Silent Hill amid the whole PT getting deleted from the PS4 store thing but for real, hear me out on this one:

Recently Kojima shared a series of images from DS of Sam sitting down with a button prompt to “Sleep”. Knowing Kojima and his team’s style he tends to like to squeeze in some interactivity at odd moments here and there, and I think this is where PT will become a thing within DS. Looking back on MGS3, you have an entire portion of another game, Guy Savage, that’s totally playable during Snake’s dream sequence upon being locked up, and he even references it outside the dream as well. That game was canceled/unfinished, so that’s all that remains of it. However! This isn’t saying that PT is a Silent Hill game...in fact far from it. People have made the point that PT was literally just a “playable teaser” for another game with a Silent Hills title card tacked on at the end. I think this is increasingly possible given the fact that Kojima put “Moby Dick Studio” on there and obviously one of the first things you notice in the reveal trailer for DS is all the beached whales. It’s easy to draw parallels between the radio in PT talking about alternate dimensions and beings and what’s been seen in DS, especially since basically nothing about the PT involved contact with aliens or anything really sci-fi, with the exception of Lisa and the talking paper bag. But what’s most important is the line about not believing what the media tells you (in regards to this whole thing not being legitimate or possible).

Ultimately I just want to see this story-within-a-story kind of thing in games more, but especially with this scenario. There’s already a first person mode, Kojima seems to still retweet stuff by Junji Ito, and as stated, he did this before, albeit with a way lesser known game/playable teaser. I sincerely don’t think Kojima is stupid enough to call it a playable teaser and then not follo it up with a mind bending way of implementing it in what it was actually teasing. 204863 and all that jazz will probably make a lot more sense in due time. Oh yeah, and babies and missing eyes and all that.

Kojimas games were never interactive movies, they always had solid gameplay loop. Even MGS5 with its unskippable chopper rides, empty desert and obnoxious forced walking and crowling segments had pretty good shooting and stealth.
That said, it will be interesting to see how he makes a compelling game out of walking a thousand miles with a backpack.

JRPGs

I've never actually played any JRPGs, cause I always figured their kind of combat system looked boring, and I'm usually not a fan of reading through that many boxes of text (no problem with Morrowind / isometric RPGs text, cause it's nonlinear and you don't have to wait for tiny box-by-box style text rendering). Now kinda gotten thinking about trying one, just to see if my expectation was right or not. If one would only play a single JRPG ever, which one should that be?
It's Earthbound isn't it

Except that it's bad. Arkham Asylum was the best because it had focus. City started adding to much bloat in story & mechanics and City just made it worse.

all the sports people are big into blowing money on fanduel or w/e lately. this is a logical progression.

Sports games have been pure cancer for a long time now. Sure this one is pretty blatant with its gambling, but it isn't anything new. Nobody should support these shitty games but sports fans are too stupid to understand or care about the damage these practices do to the industry, and the publishers only care about profits so they sure as fuck aren't going to slow down.

So this is supposed to be the era of online, multiplayer gaming right? People complain even if a new kirby game doesn't have online. So how come I can't find any good online games to play? Is it because I have no friends or because I don't play battle royale games? Not that I'm looking for any players to play anything, but some time ago I kept looking around with a friend for some games we could play and found nothing, thought it was super weird. Seems like there are only shooters, battle royale and fighting games.
